CUYO'S SWEET KASUY AND KUMBO

Cuyo, a small town in Palawan, has been famous for two things: cashews and kumbo. It has been said that the best-tasting cashews in the country can be found in this province. Kumbo, on the other hand, is Cuyo’s version of the popular Filipino delicacy maruya (bananas, sliced and breaded). This video shows you how kumbo and caramelized cashews are made.
